In most cases, your free gift will be shipped to you separately from your main order. This means, you may not receive your order and free gift at the same time. The free gift will be shipped to the same shipping address as your main order and we are unable to change the shipping address of your free gift once the main order eligible for free gift has been placed.

We will endeavour to send out your free gift with your main order where possible so we can minimise the number of packages that you receive. If you have any issues with your free gift, please email us at helpme@humanery.com. 

This offer is only available to customers in the United Kingdom and we are unable to ship free gifts internationally. 

We do not accept any returns on your free gift. In the unlikely scenario where your free gift gets damaged in transit, we will endeavour to replace it if we still have your free gift product in stock. We have limited quantities of stock for free gifts and thus cannot offer the same flexibility on returns and replacements.
