To use the Acne & Stress Food Supplement:
- Take 3 capsules once a day, either with breakfast or lunch, with a glass of water.
- Avoid consuming coffee or tea an hour before or after taking the supplement, as caffeine can affect the absorption of vitamins and minerals.
For the skincare products:
- Use the products twice a day, in the morning and evening.
- If you have heavy makeup or sunscreen on, remove it with a gentle makeup remover before cleansing.
Step 1: Cleanse with the Triple Action Cleanser by massaging it into your skin for 30 seconds with a bit of water, then rinse thoroughly with plenty of water. Use cold water if possible.
Step 2: Apply the Multilayer Serum as a spot treatment to affected areas and spread well. Allow it to dry for 1 minute to form a thin, breathable film on your skin.
Step 3: Generously apply the Regulating Cream all over your face, spreading well to allow your skin to fully absorb the essential ingredients.
