- Take a 5p-sized amount of the Triple Action Cleanser and gently massage it into your face for 30 seconds.
- Rinse the cleanser thoroughly with cold to lukewarm water.
- Pat your skin dry with a soft towel.
- For optimal results, use the Acne & Stress Food Supplement in the morning and at night.
- For optimal results, use every morning (Non-Photosensitizing).
- Start with a firm shake to ensure ingredients are mixed.
- Apply to slightly moist skin, 4-5 drops after the Triple Action Cleanser or 3-4 drops after toner.
- Gently massage the face and neck for 10 seconds, avoiding the eye area.
- Follow up with the Regulating Cream.
For acne-prone skin, it is recommended to use the Triple Action Cleanser as part of a 4-step routine twice a day, both in the morning and evening.
For non-acne skin, the cleanser can be used once a day, in the evening. It is important to avoid using hot water, as this can irritate the skin.
