- Follow up by brushing your teeth.
- You can start by wetting the Polished London Sonic XP Toothbrush head with water, then go ahead and apply the Polished London Ultra Whitening Toothpaste onto the bristles.
- Brush your teeth with small strokes in circular motion for about 2 minutes.
- Shake the Polished London Activated Charcoal Mouthwash bottle well before use.
- Lift the cap and pour the mouthwash into your mouth.
- Swish around the mouthwash and let it sit in your mouth for a minute or so.
