- Rinse your mouth thoroughly with cold water.
- Evenly apply the whitening gel to the upper and lower areas of the mouthpiece.
- Place mouthpiece in mouth, gently bite and turn on LED light.
- Blue mode (accelerated whitening ): leave on for 15 mins.
- Blue & red mode (oral hygiene & whitening): leave on for 10 mins.
- Remove the mouthpiece and rinse your mouth well with water.
- Wipe any residue from the mouthpiece, rinse thoroughly and air dry.
