- Apply the desired amount to damp hair or body and massage thoroughly all over skin, scalp, roots and hair.
- Rinse thoroughly.
- After using Pelegrims Rich Repair Hair and Body Shampoo, spread desired amount of conditioner evenly through hair.
- For longer hair, use more product as required.
- Work through thoroughly from ends up to roots and scalp before leaving to sit for 2 minutes.
- Rinse thoroughly with water and dry with a clean towel, followed by airdrying or hair drying the hair.
