Shave Crème buddy tube

1. Dispense a large pea size amount on to the side of a damp shaving brush or onto a wet palm. 
2. Using a circular motion, generate a rich, low aerated crème with your fingertips.
3. Rinse well after shaving.
4. Cleanse face with men-u Healthy Facial Wash
5. Apply Matt ‘Skin Refresh’ Gel and the men-u Matt Moisturiser or men-u Facial Moisturiser Lift to finish, as required.

Healthy Facial Wash buddy tube

1. Wash your hands with soap and water.
2. Wet your face and neck with warm water, then apply a pea-sized face wash to your fingertips.
3. Rub your fingertips together to create a low level of lather.
4. Rub the face wash in a circular motion, making sure to thoroughly cleanse the skin on your forehead, nose, chin, cheeks, and neck. (Avoid contact with eyes.)
5. Rinse off with warm water and pat dry with a clean towel.
6. Finish off by applying the Matt ‘Skin Refresh’ Gel and the men-u Facial Moisturiser Lift.

Facial Moisturiser Lift buddy tube

1. Apply a small amount of moisturiser to your face.
2. Rub the moisturiser in circular motions and make sure it is evenly distributed onto your face, neck and jawline.
3. Keep rubbing until the lotion is fully absorbed into your skin.

Using your refill bottlE

1. Remove the cap and collar card from refill.
2. Carefully remove the pump on the empty bottle, by unscrewing the pump collar (not the spout) anti-clockwise.
3. Only reuse the pump on the same men-u product.
4. Place the pump dip tube into refill and gently screw pump collar on clockwise.
5. Recycle your old bottle, refill cap and collar card.
6. Use it along with the men-u Healthy Facial Wash.

7. Rinse off any excess facial wash by splashing cold water on your face or wiping it off gently with a wet clean towel.

8. Apply Matt 'Skin Refresh' Gel and allow to dry for 30-60 seconds.

9. Finish with men-u Matt Moisturiser if required.

1. Massage 1-2 pumps onto the scalp. 
2. Rinse well.
3. Repeat if required.
4. Follow with men-u Daily Moisturising Conditioner or towel dry and apply men-u SLIC (smooth leave in conditioner) and/or a men-u styling product.

1. Squeeze a small amount onto wet palms (small thumb nail size)
2. Generate a lather between the palms of your hands in the shower.
3. Massage over the body.

Matt Moisturiser buddy tube

1. Cleanse your face: Before applying moisturiser, wash your face  with the men-u Healthy Facial Wash to remove any dirt and oil.
2. Tone: Use a toner to balance the pH of your skin and prepare it for moisturiser.
3. Apply moisturiser: Take a small amount of moisturiser and gently massage it into your skin using upward and outward motions.
4. Pat dry: After applying the moisturiser, gently pat your face dry with a clean towel.
5. Follow with SPF: If you are applying moisturiser during the day, follow it with a broad-spectrum SPF to protect your skin from the sun's harmful rays.
6. Repeat: Repeat the process twice a day, once in the morning and once before bed for optimal hydration and skin health.
