Cleanse your face: Before applying moisturiser, wash your face with the men-u Healthy Facial Wash to remove any dirt and oil.
Tone: Use a toner to balance the pH of your skin and prepare it for moisturiser.
Apply moisturiser: Take a small amount of moisturiser and gently massage it into your skin using upward and outward motions.
Pat dry: After applying the moisturiser, gently pat your face dry with a clean towel.
Follow with SPF: If you are applying moisturiser during the day, follow it with a broad-spectrum SPF to protect your skin from the sun's harmful rays.
Repeat: Repeat the process twice a day, once in the morning and once before bed for optimal hydration and skin health.
