Wash your hands with soap and water.

Wet your face and neck with warm water, then apply a pea-sized face wash to your fingertips.

Rub your fingertips together to create a low level of lather.

Rub the face wash in a circular motion, making sure to thoroughly cleanse the skin on your forehead, nose, chin, cheeks, and neck. (Avoid contact with eyes.)

Rinse off with warm water and pat dry with a clean towel.
