1. Put a small amount of the shower gel into wet hands/loofah/bath mitt.
2. Rub the shower gel in your hands/loofah/bath mitt and create a lather.
3. Get the lather on your body and rub it on your skin in a circular motion. (Keep out of eyes).
4. Rinse off with water.
5. Dry off with a clean towel and use a body moisturiser to keep your skin hydrated and soft.
