2. Apply 1 squeeze amount for 1 section, applying directly onto fingertips and massaging onto the scalp, start from your hairline, working your way to the middle of the scalp
3. Apply more product onto your fingertips and continue from the back of your head at the bottom, working your way up. For longer hair, flip your head over and apply to the back of the head and crown
4. Leave on for 3-5 minutes, rinse thoroughly and follow with a John Masters Shampoo and Conditioner 5. Use every other day for the first few weeks to reduce dry flakes, after that, use once a week for maintenance
