- Apply morning and evening after the ATHLETIA Core Balance Oil (50 ml).
- Take an adequate amount (approx. 2.5 cm in diameter) and spread evenly on your palms or cotton pad.
- Blend onto the skin, starting from the centre and spreading outward. Finish by cupping the face with both palms and applying gentle pressure.
- This product can be used for both morning and night skincare routine. For night: ATHLETIA Phyto Sleeping Cream if you have dry skin. For morning routine: ATHLETIA Protection UV Gel 50.
