- Start by using the LifeSaver Pre-wash Treatment every other shampoo day for best results. But don't worry, you can't overuse it!
- For dehydrated hair, this treatment will quench its thirst without weighing it down. So, soak dry hair thoroughly with the product from roots to ends and leave it on for at least 45 minutes.
- After 45 minutes, rinse well, then shampoo once with one of the Cashmere Protein Shampoos, and if your hair was really dirty, then shampoo again.
- After shampooing, always follow up with one of the Cashmere Protein Conditioners to seal and protect the hair's outer cuticle.

Angelica Rose Shampoo
- Wet your hair: Begin by wetting your hair thoroughly with warm water. This will help to loosen any dirt or debris and prepare your hair for shampooing.
- Dispense the shampoo: Squeeze out a generous amount of shampoo onto your palm. If you have long or very thick hair, you may need more than a teaspoon. Rub your palms together to spread the shampoo evenly.
- Apply to your hair and scalp: Apply the shampoo to your hair and scalp, focusing on the roots. Massage your scalp for at least 45 seconds to stimulate blood flow and encourage healthy hair growth.
- Rinse thoroughly: Rinse your hair thoroughly with lukewarm water, making sure to remove all the shampoo. Repeat if necessary, depending on how dirty your hair is.
- Follow with conditioner: Always follow with the 3 More Inches Angelica Rose Conditioner for your hair type to reseal and protect your hair. Apply it to the lengths and ends of your hair, avoiding the roots and scalp. Leave it in for a few minutes, then rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water.
- Keep it out of your eyes: As with all hair products, avoid getting shampoo in your eyes. Should this happen, rinse your eyes immediately with tepid water.
Angelica Rose Conditioner
- Cleanse your hair: Begin by shampooing your hair as usual with the 3 More Inches Angelica Rose Shampoo. Squeeze out any excess water and remove any tangles with a wide-tooth comb.
- Apply the conditioner: Dispense a generous amount of conditioner onto your palm. If you have long or thick hair, you may need more than a teaspoon. Rub your palms together to spread the conditioner evenly.
- Condition your hair: Apply the conditioner to the lengths and ends of your hair, avoiding the roots and scalp. Use a comb to distribute the conditioner evenly and ensure every strand is coated.
- Let it work its magic: Leave the conditioner in your hair for a few minutes. This allows the nourishing ingredients to penetrate deeply into your hair shaft and provide maximum hydration and protection.
- Rinse thoroughly: Rinse your hair thoroughly with lukewarm water. Make sure all the conditioner is washed out, but if your hair is dry or chemically treated, you can leave a little in to provide extra moisture.
- Keep it out of your eyes: As with all hair products, avoid getting conditioner in your eyes. Should this happen, rinse your eyes immediately with tepid water.

- Start by detangling any knots in your hair using your fingers or a wide-toothed comb.
- Take your Large Handled Safety Comb and hold it at the base of the handle, ensuring you have a firm grip.
- Comb through your hair starting from the ends and working your way up to the roots, using gentle strokes.
- For a deeper clean, use your Large Handled Safety Comb after applying hair product to distribute it evenly through your hair.
- To clean your Large Handled Safety Comb, occasionally cleanse it with soapy water to remove any product residue. Rinse it well and allow it to air dry.
