Save up to 15% OFF when you purchase a product with a subscription.
Choose how often you would like an order to be delivered (for example, get your favourite product delivered every 4 weeks).
Sit back and relax! You'll get it delivered without any hassles.
Once your subscription order has been confirmed, you will get your order automatically delivered to you on your chosen delivery frequency.
If you select every 4 weeks, we will ensure you get your chosen product delivered with tracked delivery every 4 weeks with your subscription discount. You will be sent a reminder notification prior to replenishments.
We offer subscription orders to be delivered every 2, 4, 6, 8 or 10 weeks from the date of your initial purchase. Savings on subscription orders vary based on the frequency with which you would like your orders delivered.
You earn your Humanery Patron Rewards points as normal with your subscription orders.

How can I manage my Subscription?
You can log in to your Humanery account to manage your subscription orders. You can also manage your subscriptions by directly accessing the link provided in the email confirming your subscription.
Please note, you agree to our terms and conditions when you place a subscription order.
We also require each subscription order to be valid for a minimum of 3 billing cycles so that we can continue to offer generous discounts and savings on subscriptions for your favourite products.
If you would like to cancel your subscription before 3 billing cycles, we may charge you the difference between the full price of the products you ordered and the discounted price for Subscribe and Save orders.
We also offer the option for you to skip or delay a subscription delivery without any additional charge. To skip or delay a subscription delivery without cancelling your subscription, please contact us or log in to your Humanery account.
