All returns and cancellations must be communicated to us in writing by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
We will ask you to return all products to the vendor of your order at the address specified by us in writing. You will be responsible for the costs of returning products to the vendor, unless the product is faulty or not as described or under a Subscription option where the price increased after the order was placed and we did not give you at least 7 days’ notice of such price rise.
