Yes, you can specify a personal note and a member of our team will create a handwritten note for you to include in the gift box.

Bespoke gift wrapping services are only available on full priced orders above £200. We do not offer a gift wrapping service for orders below £200.

We can offer specified date delivery services for gift purchases for an extra charge.

We will inform you before you pay for an order if your order can be delivered on a specific date. 

We can process exchanges and returns within 14 calendar days of the confirmation of an order, only when the gift order exceeds £200. Unfortunately, due to operational requirements and cost constraints we are not able to process exchanges or returns for gift orders below £200 that have exceeded the 14 calendar day period from the confirmation of an order.
