Delivery to the UK

Which services are used for domestic delivery?

Most of Humanery’s UK standard delivery orders are sent with Royal Mail Tracked 48 service, and we also partner with DPD and Evri. 

Humanery also offers an Express shipping service for mainland UK, and these are normally sent with the Royal Mail Tracked 24 service, though a next-day service from another carrier may be used too.

How can I track my order?

Your shipping confirmation email will contain the carrier used and tracking details for your convenience. Get in touch with us at helpme@humanery.com if you are having any trouble locating your package.

Why do I need to pay extra if my order is over the minimum threshold for free delivery?

A surcharge may be applied for Northern Ireland and other addresses outside mainland UK. A large package order surcharge may also be applied for orders over 2 kilograms.

What should I do if I have only received part of my order?

As Humanery is a marketplace with multiple sellers, you may receive your order in multiple packages. A shipping email with tracking information will be sent to you for each individual package. Get in touch with us at helpme@humanery.com if you are having any trouble locating your package.

Delivery outside the UK

Which services are used for international delivery?

Most of Humanery’s orders are despatched via either Royal Mail or DHL, however, we may use another carrier should the need arise. Normally, international orders are required to be signed for as an additional security measure. 

How can I track my order?

Your shipping confirmation email will contain the carrier used and tracking details for your convenience. 

Are duties and taxes covered in the product price?

At checkout, we will disclose whether duties and taxes are excluded. Normally, the price you pay Humanery will exclude all relevant import duties and sales taxes. As the recipient of the order, you must instead pay these duties and taxes (if applicable) directly to the carrier to release your order from Customs. As we cannot advise you on the exact cost for taxes and duties, we recommend contacting your local Customs office or tax authority before placing the order. I cannot complete the checkout process, what should I do?

Humanery may not currently provide shipping services to your country. Please get in touch with us at helpme@humanery.com for further information. 

Separately, due to shipping restrictions, goods classified as dangerous or hazardous, such as fragrances, cannot be shipped outside of the UK. We apologise for the inconvenience.
