1. Begin the whitening treatment at night and before bed after your last meal.
2. Brush your teeth thoroughly before treatment.
3. Apply a thin layer of gel to the front and bottom of the tray using 1/4 of the syringe per application.
4. Insert the device into your mouth and turn the light on. Keep the device in for 30 minutes for the best results.
5. Rinse your mouth with water after use and store the light device in a cool, dry place.
6. Repeat the process for 7 consecutive days.
7. For best results, use VOLT whitening gel as a top-up once per week.
