    2. Evenly apply the whitening gel to the upper and lower areas of the mouthpiece.
    3. Place mouthpiece in mouth, gently bite and turn on LED light.
    4. Blue mode (accelerated whitening ): leave on for 15 mins.
    5. Blue & red mode (oral hygiene & whitening): leave on for 10 mins.
    6. Remove the mouthpiece and rinse your mouth well with water.
    7. Wipe any residue from the mouthpiece, rinse thoroughly and air dry.
