    1. Fill your bathtub with warm water to the desired level. The water temperature should be comfortable and not too hot.

    2. Add the body bath salts to the water. The amount of bath salts you need will depend on the size of your bathtub, but usually, 1/4 to 1/2 cup of bath salts is enough for a standard-sized tub.

    3. Stir the water with your hand to help dissolve the bath salts and distribute them evenly in the water.

    4. Get into the bathtub and soak for at least 15-20 minutes, or as long as you desire. During the soak, you can relax and let the bath salts work their magic.

    5. After the soak, rinse your body with warm water to remove any remaining salts from your skin.

    6. Pat your skin dry with a soft towel and apply your favorite moisturizer to lock in moisture.

    7. Clean your bathtub with warm water and soap to prevent the buildup of bath salts and other residues.
