    1. Wet your body with warm water. Make sure the water temperature is comfortable and not too hot.

    2. Wet the soap bar and rub it onto your hands or a washcloth. Make sure to create a lather by rubbing the soap between your hands or onto the washcloth.

    3. Rub the soap onto your skin in circular motions, starting from your neck and working your way down to your feet. Focus on areas where you sweat the most or areas that need extra cleansing, such as your armpits, groin, and feet.

    4. Use a washcloth or loofah to create a rich lather and to exfoliate your skin gently.

    5. Rinse your body with warm water until all the soap is washed off. Make sure to rinse thoroughly, especially in areas where soap might have built up.

    6. Pat your skin dry with a clean towel. Avoid rubbing your skin harshly with the towel to prevent irritation.

    7. Apply a moisturizer or body lotion to lock in moisture and keep your skin soft and smooth.
