- First, make sure you have both Cellular Defence and Cellular Defence on hand. These two supplements work together to give your immune system the support it needs.
- Take 2 capsules of Cellular Defence per day with food. This powerful supplement contains immune all-stars like Vitamin C, Zinc, Selenium, and Vitamin A, as well as immune-enhancing botanicals like Astragalus, Quercetin, and medicinal mushrooms.
- Take 1 capsule of Essential D3/K2 per day with food. This supplement contains Vitamin D3 and Vitamin K2, which work together to support your immune system and promote healthy bones.
- Please note that Immune Essentials should not be taken with Skin Clinic. If you are taking Skin Clinic or any other Artah supplement, be sure to consult our FAQ's or talk to your doctor to ensure there are no interactions.
