Squid Game
We’re expecting to see Squid Game everywhere this Halloween. Ok, you could just buy the costume online, but where’s the fun in that?

Chucky
There’s something universally terrifying about dolls, ventriloquist dummies and mannequins that look a little too close to reality. Horror film favourite Chucky is another screen-based Halloween costume trend this year.
You can easily replicate the Chucky look for Halloween with a light base, some eyeliner and some red or bronze eyeshadow. The costume is pretty straightforward too.
Zombie
If you’ve ever planned your escape route in case of a zombie apocalypse then this is the look for you this afternoon. Whether you’re a fan of old-school slow, shambling zombies like Night of the Living Dead or 28 Days Later’s super-fast (and super-terrifying) zombies are more your thing, getting the zombie look is easy.

Another cinematic creation, Venom costumes are apparently trending as the latest film rises in popularity. Creating a Venom-inspired makeup look isn’t for the faint-hearted - if you’re a beginner you might find the different textures and contrasts a little complicated.
