HAPPY PAUL doesn't think happiness is about unadulterated joy or smiling from ear to ear (though they have nothing against that). They think it's about you looking after yourself. Spending a little bit of time on you.

HAPPY PAUL has been on a mission to always speak honestly, openly and (hopefully) with optimism.
